Effective for All Orders

Final Sale Items (Pre-Order, Limited Edition & Custom Products)

All sales are final for pre-order, limited edition, and custom items.
Once your order is placed, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for these items.

Returns on Regular Items

For all other (non-pre-order) products:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • In original packaging with tags intact

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped

How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return:

If your return is approved:

  • We’ll send a return shipping label

  • You’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your item

⚠️ Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at longevitymuscle@gmail.com.

We will arrange either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund, including return shipping if applicable

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

International Orders

  • International shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item

  • Return shipping for international orders is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees incurred at delivery — these are non-refundable, even if the item is returned

If your international order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at longevitymuscle@gmail.com and we’ll assist you with a refund or replacement, including covering return shipping when appropriate.
